Returns & Refunds

Since all of our products are made individually through a third-party provider, we do not hold any stock. Each piece is produced specifically for your order.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

If your item does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Please note that a €10 processing fee per item will apply, as the original pieces cannot be reused.
