Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order within 12 or 24 hours after placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
